Happy Holidays RV friends and family, and welcome to the first Pik-A-Dilly RV Centre newsletter!! Inside the upcoming monthly issues you will find helpful tips from the service department, in-store specials from the parts department, as well as the latest industry news from the General Manager and the sales department as well as features on our staff and articles from industry suppliers. I would also like to include a general Q and A section in future issues as well as offering a calendar of upcoming events around your areas. For these I would invite all readers to submit their questions as well as event information from your area. I look forward to hearing from all of you on a monthly basis. New Team Member
In 1962 Frank and Shirley Main had a vision that the RV industry held promise for their future. This was an emerging industry that had the potential to change the way families spent their leisure time.
In 1970, oldest son Don joined the firm and in 1978 became President and General Manager. Don still holds the same position with the company and is pleased to announce that his son, Ryan has recently rejoined the company (he worked with us while attending school) and will initially resume his career in the sales department – along with several other duties.
Ryan is a third generation associate with Pik-A-Dilly and we are very proud to have him as part of the team. This newsletter will be one of Ryan’s responsibilities and your feedback would be valuable to him as he develops what we intend to be a regular, informative tool for all of our RV’ing friends.

Just a note to inform our service customers of recalls that may or may not affect your trailer; recalls are intended to rectify what could be dangerous situations, they are an inconvenience but are only intended to keep people safe.
Dometic has a recall on certain models of refrigerators. If you have access to the Internet, please go to www.dometicusa.com/recall.php to verify that your fridge is not affected. If your fridge is part of the recall, please give the service department a call and we can make an appointment to have your fridge repaired.
Norcold still has recalls on several models of refrigerators. Once again you may access this list through the Internet by going to www.thetford.com. From the home page, go to customer support and then to recall info for the refrigerators that are affected. Please verify that your fridge is not part of any recall. If it is, please call the service department and arrange an appointment to have your fridge repaired.
If you have experienced damage to your trailer, either by hail or collision please give us a call and let us help you with your repair needs.
