Intro/Letter from the Editor - Ryan Main - Sales
We’ll soon be awaiting the word on whether or not the groundhog witnessed his shadow as to whether or not winter will be coming to a quick end or whether we’ll be enduring the white stuff for a little longer this year. While that’s all fine and good, you have to admit that seeing the temperature rise above 0 on a couple of occasions during the month of January leaves a smile on your face. With all those signs of spring coming up, you wouldn’t think you’d need another, but the 39th Annual Pik-A-Dilly RV Centre Show and Sale is right around the corner and this edition of our newsletter is geared to reflect that. We all hope that you enjoyed browsing through the first edition and will continue to allow us to deliver to you on a monthly basis. I continue to look forward to getting questions and comments, as well as submissions for a monthly ‘what’s coming up’ calendar. Please forward all emails to rmain@pikadilly.com. But for now please enjoy the second edition of the monthly Pik-A-Dilly RV Centre newsletter and we look forward to chatting with you in the Manitoba Room of the Keystone Centre from January 31st to February 3rd, and remember to keep your feet out of the campfire!!

It’s Showtime!
Our entire staff is excited about our up-coming show! As usual, we will be moving into the Manitoba Room at the Keystone Centre in Brandon from January 31st, to February 3rd. This is a special time of year for us. It’s nice to be able to think spring when we have been enduring the cold of winter. The venue is perfect, with plenty of room and nice and warm inside! Many of our friends and customers tell us that our show is the “first sign of spring”.
By now, you may have heard that we have added two new products to our line-up and what better way to introduce them than at our indoor show. On display will be the Cameo series from Carriage – very well known high line 5th wheels that will WOW you! As well, we are showing the Pilgrim line-up – a mid-price unit with all-new composite floor construction. These units are very lightweight and are leading the future of RV construction.
You can expect to see all of the 2008 product line-up as well as a few holdovers from 2007. Everything will be priced at special show pricing, so if a new folding camper, travel trailer or 5th wheel is in your plans for this year, this would be a great time to browse. We also have a small selection of pre-owned units that we will have stationed outside the Manitoba Room. Unfortunately, we just can’t get them all inside. Let’s hope the weather is good!
I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. We are excited!
You are invited to come and see what’s new in RV’s and check out the new accessories for 2008. Watch your mailbox for our show flyer in the next week.
Admission is free, so bring your friends! See you there.
